H-1B Visa

L-1 Visa

  • Purpose: Intra-company transferee visa.
  • For: Employers transferring a manager or executive to the U.S.

O-1 Visa

  • Purpose: Visa for persons of extraordinary ability.

EB-1 Visa

  • Purpose: Visa for individuals with extraordinary ability.

PERM

  • Purpose: Labor certification through the Program Electronic Review Management.

E-1 Visa

  • Purpose: Treaty trader visa for traders from treaty countries.

E-2 Visa

Family-Based Green Card

  • For: Spouse, child, sibling, parents, or fiancé of a U.S. citizen; spouse or unmarried child of a lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
